Women The goal of the United Women is to grow spiritually in Christian fellowship and to serve the Church with energy, imagination and love. Regular meetings are held monthly on Tuesday as announced at 10:30 am, September through June. In some month, evening meetings and special events are scheduled. All ladies, forty and above, who wish to join us in serving the church are welcome. Please feel free to contact the Church office and leave your name with the Church secretary if you wish to receive more information about UW upcoming activities. UACC Mens Fellowship On the last Tuesday evening of every month,
at 7:30pm, the Mens Fellowship of UACC meets in the Fireside room of the Church.
This group is for men of all ages, both married and single, who wish to share fellowship
together, hear speakers on a variety of topic and participate in service projects and
fund-raising activities in support of the Church. Each monthly meeting includes a catered
dinner, a devotional and a speaker/program on some topic of interest. Though this group is
for men, once each year they have a ladies night to which they invite their wives and the
other women from the Church. Any interested men who would like to join in the activities
of this group are welcome at any time.
Oasis Bible Study Group Oasis Bible Study has provided a way for women from our church to gather together to study the Bible. The study meets on Wednesday (as announced) Wednesdays) at 10:00 a.m. and at 6:00 pm. Each study includes a short time of fellowship, worship and after announcements are made the women divide into small groups for an intimate time of prayer and study. The Way - Young Adult Fellowship The Way is a young adults (married and single) fellowship
group at UACC. The Way is centered on three key principles: Living,
Learning, and Leading. We meet every Friday night (with the exception of the
last Friday of every month) at 8:00 p.m. in the Fireside room. We enjoy a
time of worship, prayer, and Bible study, followed by refreshments and
fellowship. Social activities are also planned to create community and
accountability for our members. UACC offers a variety of in depth courses taught by pastors and professors from various universities and institutions. Courses are taught generally once a week for 5 or 6 weeks at a time, include reading assignments and optional written assignments. Half-day seminars and weekend retreats are also part of the yearly schedule. Courses are offered in New Testament, Old Testament, Theology, Apologetics, Hermeneutics, and more. Look for more information in the Church bulletin.
